A Road Made of Small Moments

The Long Run Home started as a personal project - a way to document a 50-state journey through marathons, memory, and meaning. But over time, it became something more. A place where clarity lives. Where story is a survival tool. Where people building lives beyond harm can find structure and voice without apology.

KM (they/them) is a writer, speaker, and consultant with a background in executive strategy, trauma-informed storytelling, and values-based leadership. They bring a sharp editorial eye and a deep respect for truth, especially the kind that’s hard-won. Their work is rooted in the belief that power begins where silence ends.

Through workshops, mentoring, and consulting, The Long Run Home offers space for survivors, creators, and community builders to shape stories that hold weight, and that build the systems that can hold them.
